Job Description
Responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations teams in the day-to-day as a customer service representative while implementing business intelligence dashboards to enable to organization to make data-driven decisions and operate more efficiently. Ensure the company work flows smoothly.
Provide essential customer service support by addressing inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals via phone and email, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures,and maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions. In addition to serving as a business partner to the Sales team by managing reporting inquiries, maintaining customer pricing, and coordinating backorders, the analyst will support financial operations by determining charges, assisting with payment collection, and arranging billing. Play a critical role in process improvement and analysis by collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes, building PowerBI reports to drive data-driven decisions, and maintaining accurate inventory and shelf-life records within the ERP system.
