Excel Data Analyst Position Available In Kings, New York

up to $35-40/hr (W2 only!)

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Must have strong Excel skills, where you will be primarily responsible for running analytics on a large-scale inventory management project 80% of the work is desk/office work 20% of the job includes lifting/transporting bins of 50 pounds or more. It also includes picking up shipments of assets (usually laptops or mini desktops) in the loading dock Main tasks:

• Help with the receiving of shipments of assets at the loading dock
• Verifying and securing the assets received from shipments using manifests (excel spreadsheets) provided
• Database management in SharePoint (ensure accuracy, clean the data, etc) Skills useful to job
• Excel knowledge
• SharePoint (will still get trained by team on this) Must be very well versed on Excel macros and formulas and how to manage large files with multiple data points Should have some SharePoint experience Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work standard business hours, on-site, 5 days per week
