SUMMARY:

Quality Assurance Data Analysis Coordinator is responsible for leveraging data analytics to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of care provided within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and other programs. This role involves conducting data-driven audits, generating performance reports, and collaborating with the quality assurance team and clinical leadership to implement evidence-based improvements that align with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles, CCBHC and other program requirements.​

Job Description:
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct comprehensive audits of service delivery data to assess compliance with quality standards and evidence-based practices. Analyze health outcomes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Generate and present data summaries, visualizations, and insights to inform quality improvement strategies and track progress toward organizational goals.​

Quality Improvement Initiatives:

Collaborate with the quality team to design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement projects using data-driven methodologies. Provide actionable feedback to leadership on fidelity to evidence-based practices and expectations for integrated care. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives, making recommendations on adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Compliance & Standards Monitoring:

Assist with data collection for clinic evaluations, grant requirements, and regulatory standards. Support the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.​

Training & Capacity Building:

Assist with training staff on documentation standards, performance metrics, and use of data tools. Provide technical assistance to improve data accuracy, completeness, and utility. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through education and support.​

Special Projects & Initiatives:

Complete special projects or assignments as needed to meet initiatives and/or objectives of the CCBHC or other programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives and organizational objectives.

Experience:

At least 2 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, with demonstrated knowledge of mental health, substance use, and/or integrated care. Experience with data analysis, report writing, and outcome evaluation.​ Strong proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and outcome evaluation. Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and data extraction tools. Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. Demonstrated commitment to equity and cultural responsiveness in service delivery and evaluation. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in diverse, interdisciplinary teams.​

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in behavioral health or a related field preferred: Master of Social Work (MSW) Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or Clinical Mental Health Master’s in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on mental/behavioral health Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or Public Administration (MPA) with experience in QA or behavioral health or

Bachelor’s Degree:

Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) Bachelor’s in Psychology, Nursing, or Public Health Paired with strong QA or data analysis experience in healthcare Additional Certifications a plus: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LPC, LMFT, or similar licensure
