Description:

IvyWise, LLC seeks a College Counseling Business Data Analyst to utilize their knowledge of data modeling, statistical economics, college admissions, college counseling, and IvyWise’s business operations to perform in-depth analyses with little oversight. The Business Data Analyst is able to process and interpret data from across operations, sales, marketing, and finance functions to deliver insights that have impact across the business. Utilize predictive modeling to project client demand and revenue, aligning forecasts with college admissions cycles to support budgeting and financial planning. Conduct funnel analysis to map the student journey from initial consultation to college acceptance, identifying key stages that impact conversion rates and optimizing strategies for high-net-worth client acquisition and engagement. Collaborate with college counselors and marketing teams to develop data collection methodologies that integrate internal and external admission statistics, transforming raw data into impactful marketing campaigns materials. Implement feedback loops within the data infrastructure to continuouslymonitor and evaluate business KPIs, ensuring IvyWise maintains a competitive edge in the college admissions counseling industry. Design presentations for workshops and training sessions, equipping college counselors with the skills to leverage data insights and admission trends, ultimately improving service quality and student success. Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations that integrate data from various sources, including CRM systems and student portals, enabling stakeholders to access key metrics in real-time and make informed decisions. Develop detailed profiles of high-net-worth potential clients to identify preferences, admission goals, and characteristics that guide targeted counseling services and inform business growth strategies. Proactively identify and analyze critical business areas, providing senior management with data-driven recommendations on strategic initiatives such as ROI on marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, and competitor analysis. Must have a master’s degree in Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field and experience in a Business Data Analyst or related occupation within the education industry. Position requires experience in the following: 1. Statistical and predictive modeling; 2. Data visualization; 3. Computer programming; 4. Datamanipulation across various platforms and tools; and 5. Performing large scale data analyses for college admissions offices, or for college counseling companies. Annual Salary $111,966.00.
