Communication skills both verbal/ written Presentation Skills Must be able to present and communicate data Soft Skills HR data background will be helpful Collaboration Skills Microsoft Office Applications Job Description This position will be responsible for partnering with customers to identify analytical business solutions, using a variety of data and visualization tools to build and implement data models that provide actionable insights, and presenting complex analysis in clear and understandable terms to customers at all levels of the company. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and intellectually curious, have a strong team-based attitude and work ethic, and must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business or other related quantitative field. Relevant Work Experience/Qualifications Required More than three years of relevant employment experience in an analytical field. Advanced proficiency and experience with Excel, SQL, PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, proactively identify trends, and provide actionable insights through data storytelling and visualizations. Experience using data visualization tools (e.g. Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny), including how to clean, transform and aggregate data to create meaningful insights. Preferred Experience Knowledge of HR processes and metrics. Experience using statistical computer languages (e.g. Python, SPSS, R). Experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models. Holds a professional certification or experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Familiar with Oracle Analytics Cloud Solution.
