Job Summary ACH is seeking a motivated, analytically minded Associate to join our lean, high-impact Enterprise Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling a modern, technology-driven analytics platform. Collaborating across functional and business units, you’ll deliver actionable insights and develop scalable data solutions. You will join a fast-growing organization with ambitious plans to expand into pharmacy, mental health, and areas of care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the data warehouse and data infrastructure.
• Transform complex financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that support performance improvement and strategic planning.
• Identify and drive process improvements through data insights, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices in data analytics and health care. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or similarly quantitative field from a top-tier program (required).
• 2-3 years of related work experience, with emphasis on data management and analytics.
• Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency using SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
• Master’s degree in business, finance, health informatics, data science, or similarly quantitative field.
• Experience in environments undergoing system implementation and integration.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud a plus but not required. Benefits
