Anaplan Model Builder
Primary responsibility will be to assist our cross-functional teams to achieve their business goals via post-go live support and application enhancements. The role will get the chance to work with many different teams and use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong technical background, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to continually take on new responsibilities. Responsibilities of the Model Builder include:
Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around field-to-field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing
Demonstrate ownership to drive consensus in line with best practices and guidance from internal stakeholders
Participate in data integration, migration and validation on live models
Deliver end-user trainings and knowledge transfer sessions to internal stakeholders
Work in a collaborative way with other team members and other stakeholders to deliver high touch customer service
Communicate well written and orally at all levels‐managerial, technical, and user
Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones
Required Attributes:
Familiarity with financial/multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts
Demonstrated analytical and problem‐solving skills
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skill
Willingness and aptitude to quickly learn a new technology
Great organizational and time management skill
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering or related field and equivalent experience
Desired Attributes:
8-10 years of Anaplan Experience
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
Prior experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, data conversions, and designing system interfaces
Prior experience in implementing or working with Performance Management Solutions using Anaplan or similar technologies
Prior relevant experience in Sales Planning, Revenue Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Enterprise Portfolio management.
