Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in data analysis to support a strategic data information reporting platform. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, developing data models, and identifying opportunities for performance improvements. This role plays a critical part in driving data-driven decision-making and process enhancements across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Gathering requirements for data information reporting platform
Conducting data analysis and interpretation
Creating data dictionaries and data models
Analyzing current processes and recommending improvements
Skills Required:
6+ years of experience in Data Analysis
Proficiency in Data Analysis tools – SQL, Tableau
Ability to identify opportunities for performance improvements
Experience with data dictionaries, data integrations, and mappings
Knowledge of data lake/warehousing
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with SQL on Mainframe
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree is required, no specific specialization
