Description XSUNT Corporation is a serving healthcare industry on their information service’s needs. Since 2004, we have been a helping businesses manage, integrate, and visualize their healthcare data. Currently we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Project Manager to work closely with our clients, development teams, and other project managers.
Duties:
Leads and executes quantitative projects to provide insight into client needs and behavior, supporting marketing and client servicing decisions. Serves as the data expert on cross functional teams for large strategic initiatives. Serves as own Project Manager and Relationship Manager for smaller projects. Engages with project sponsors and stakeholders to understand each business question from a statistical approach. Probes for hidden questions and goals. Brings structure to each request and translates requirements into an analytic problem. Acquires structured and unstructured data and prepares it for statistical. analysis. Investigates, extracts, cleans, transforms, QCs and manages data using SQL and SAS programming techniques. Identifies and diagnoses data inconsistencies and errors, forages to fill data gaps and blazes new data trails Develops and applies domain knowledge of organization’s businesses and data to shape the analytic road map for the health care/pharmaceutical industry. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and data driven action recommendations. Guides business partners on the interpretation, implications and use of analytic results. Consults on statistical problems (test design, significance testing, confidence intervals, weighting).
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Informatics, Computer Science or related quantitative field Proficient in MS SQL server and MS office Knowledge of Relational Database and Modeling techniques Strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience with handling large scale dataset Experience with SAS or R preferred Experience with data visualization knowledge preferred (perception, vigilance and human performance theories)
