Returns Data Analyst – Entry Level 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars 500 William St, Pen Argyl, PA 18072 SWIM USA is a family owned and operated swimwear company established in 1936. We are a global industry leader in the design and manufacture of branded, licensed, and private label swimwear. Job Summary The Returns Data Analyst collects returns data from various sources, cleans and reformats said data as needed, and passes that data to the ERP system. The person in this role is responsible for monitoring the return inventory function between Miracle Ventures and its 3PLs and recording transactions via upload as necessary in various systems. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Download Loop return data and prepare data for RA upload into Blue Cherry ERP. Download Amazon removal shipment data and coordinate bulk RAs with responsible sales personnel. Load related Vendor Return Authorizations for Amazon removals into NetSuite. Create Advanced Shipping Notices for 3PL for returned goods from various sources. Reconcile credited units/amount between systems. Liaise with warehouse personnel on problem returns as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements Education:
Minimum of Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred or equivalent work experience.
Skills:
General understanding of customer order flow and order fulfillment, as well as the returns process and related item receipts. Possess strong Excel skills and be comfortable working in multiple systems. Power Pivot or Power BI experience is a plus. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Must possess good problem-solving skills and strong math skills.
Travel:
Not required.
Working Conditions:
Office; up to 5 days per week
Physical Demands:
Computer based role. Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8/hrs per day. We are in the process of moving from Pen Argyl to Bethlehem and this position maybe based in Pen Argyl until the move is finalized to Bethlehem.
