Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented IBM One Maximo Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing enterprise asset management capabilities. This role requires strong expertise in IBM Maximo
, a solid understanding of data governance
, and hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics for reporting and insights. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve asset lifecycle processes, elevate data quality, and empower the organization with data-driven decision-making tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for IBM Maximo, overseeing system configuration, integration, and day-to-day administration.
Design and deploy asset management solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics to support both operational and strategic initiatives.
Implement and uphold data governance policies, focusing on data quality, ownership, and lifecycle management for Maximo data.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive performance monitoring, predictive maintenance, and data-centric asset management.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity, system performance, and access-related issues within Maximo.
Deliver end-user support, training, and documentation to enhance adoption of Maximo and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3 6 years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
Strong grasp of data governance principles and implementation.
Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using IBM Cognos Analytics.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
