Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. his onsite role (minimum 4 days in-office) requires a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, with proficiency in AI/ML techniques and big data platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets to support business decisions and project execution. Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to generate meaningful insights
Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools
Apply AI/ML techniques for forecasting and trend analysis, including experience with LLMs and NLP
Perform distributed data processing using platforms like Databricks or Spark
Maintain data quality and accuracy across analytics initiatives
Design and implement solutions aligned with business strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
Participate in application development and testing, and adopt DevOps and Agile principles
Review and prepare technical documentation including functional specs, test plans, and reports
Manage and mentor team members, set goals, and ensure knowledge sharing
Interface with clients and stakeholders for requirement clarification and solution presentations
Contribute to design (HLD, LLD, architecture) and perform code reviews
Support defect resolution, estimate efforts, and oversee release activities Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in data analytics or related fields, including significant telecom industry exposure
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, etc.)
Strong experience with Databricks or Spark for big data processing
Hands-on experience in developing dashboards using Tableau
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale datasets and complex data pipelines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage priorities effectively
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent hands-on experience and certifications) Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or NLP techniques
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools
Experience with ETL/ELT processes and cloud platforms
Background in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Certification in domain or technology areas relevant to the role
