Description Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and process large volumes of payroll and employment data for use in tax credit eligibility determination.
- Identify and validate data points critical to eligibility, including hire/rehire dates, hours worked, worksite locations, pay types, and terminations.
- Support the transformation and mapping of data between payroll platforms and tax credit processing systems.
- Perform ongoing data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems.
- Monitor incoming data feeds and ensure timely processing to meet state and federal program deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service, Implementation, and Compliance to resolve data issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and validation checks to support audit readiness.
- Provide reporting and insights to management on program performance, data quality trends, and process improvement opportunities.
