We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in data analysis, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. In this role, you will be responsible for working with large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and other tools
Identify patterns, trends, and insights in data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity
Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries
Automate data collection and reporting processes
Continuously monitor data quality and identify and resolve data-related issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
6+ years of experience in data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
Understanding of data modeling and database design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
