As a Data Analyst, you will help cultivate a data-informed culture and discover insights that drive action. You have experience solving complex problems and delivering solutions with real business impact. You will be responsible for analyzing structured and unstructured data, play a key role in understanding the various pillars of data doing in-depth analysis to understand and resolve issues with existing dashboards as well as create new solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our BI teams synthesizing enterprise data and ensuring the solutions solve business challenges and enable trust with the highest quality.

Required:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
8+ Years of Related Experience

Responsibilities:

Initiate cross-functional analyses and present findings and recommendations across the organization
Translate various sets of data into actionable insights
Assist in supporting business decisions through ad-hoc analysis
Troubleshoot and resolve data challenges in existing solutions
Apply creative problem-solving skills to BI efforts in a way that satisfies business leaders’ needs and lays the groundwork for future successes.
Promote good working relationships among staff and between other disciplines and departments.
Assume individual accountability for own conduct and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Approach change in a positive manner, motivate peers to work as a team, accept constructive criticism and learn from it.
Be a mentor to junior team members for data analysis.
Must be able to apply principles of critical thinking to a variety of practical and emergent situations and accurately follow standardized procedures that may call for deviations.
Must be able to apply sound judgment beyond a specific set of instructions and apply knowledge to different factual situations.
Must always be alert; pay close attention to details.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and

ABILITIES

Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise data warehouses
Strong knowledge of data models (normalized, dimensional)
Strong knowledge of SQL (you’ll use it every day)
Strong knowledge using BI visualization tools (
Tableau a plus) to build dashboards
Extreme Passion for solving problems
