Azure Data Engineer
Location:
Orlando, FL (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to comprehend data needs and convert them into tech-savvy solutions
Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes
Develop data integration and transformation solutions to ensure data quality and uniformity
Enhance data storage and retrieval for performance and scalability
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and systems to ensure data availability and reliability
Stay updated with the latest data engineering technologies and best practices
Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with data integration and ETL tools, such as Apache Spark or Apache Kafka
Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle)
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, specifically
Azure Preferred Skills:
Experience with financial services or tax firms
Knowledge of Azure Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Document Intelligence
Experience working with large datasets
