WHAT YOU WILL DO

HHSTechnology Group is rapidly expanding! We develop innovativesoftware products for the healthcare insurance domain, drivingimpactful solutions through data science and artificialintelligence. Our growth trajectory is exceptional, and we areleveraging advanced analytics to build a powerful platform for dataingestion, data integration, and actionable insights. You’llcontribute to developing healthcare insurance software thatidentifies key data trends and insights, shaping the future ofdata-driven decision-making in healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support ETL/ELTprocesses Design, build, and maintain big data solutions foranalytics and reporting Optimize and automate data processingworkflows Ensure data security and compliance with industrystandards, including HIPAA and secure data transfers Implement dataquality rules, automated testing frameworks, and validationprocesses to ensure data integrity Work with stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and translate them into technicalsolutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

5 years’ experience using SQL forETL functions 5 years’ experience with Python, Scala, or Java 3years’ experience with Apache Airflow and Apache Spark 2 years’experience with Snowflake or Redshift 2 years’ experience withvisualization and analytics tools

DESIRED SKILLS

Knowledge ofprocessing Claims/EMR/EHR/Provider/Member datasets Experience withNodeJS, ReactJS Experience with data security concepts, includingencryption, secure data transfers (TLS 1.2 standards), andtokenization. Experience implementing and managing data qualityrules and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations)Experience working with various file formats such as Parquet, Avro,ORC, Delta, Iceberg, or Hudi Understanding of S3 data encryptionstandards for HIPAA data (AES 256) Experience in data pipelinebuilding and documentation Experience collaborating with clients’technical teams to ensure efficient data processing Data modelingtechniques, including relational, dimensional (star and snowflakeschemas), and NoSQL modeling Hands-on experience with distributedsystems and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or other cloudplatforms. Demonstrated ability to load data independently,implement their own solutions, and consider cost-effectivenessFamiliarity with LLMs & MLOps Attitude and willingness to learn:

Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and self-manage duties andresponsibilities Strong follow-through skills, with a commitment toseeing tasks and projects to completion HHS Technology Group’sflagship product, Discover your Provider (DyP) is a providerrelations/provider enrollment solution. Components of this modularsoftware can be re-purposed or built upon to deliver cloud basedtechnical web services solutions.
