We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in Data Vault and Kimball methodologies to lead and guide our data engineering team across onshore and offshore locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can dedicate 40 50% of their time to technical delivery, including data modeling, pipeline development, and architecture design. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, ensuring best practices in data warehousing, and driving efficient implementation of scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining enterprise data platforms, with strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
