- + Develop complex requirements and enhance, modify, and maintain applications in Financial Crimes technology to achieve business goals.
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document programs while supporting activities for maintaining the application. + Collaborate closely with business partners to define requirements for system applications. + Contribute to story refinement and define requirements, estimating work necessary for delivery. + Engage in proof of concept activities to mitigate risk and implement innovative ideas.
- What’s Needed?
- + 10+ years of applicable experience in software development and financial technology.
+ Proficiency in Teradata, SQL/BTEQ scripting, UNIX Shell scripting, and data analysis. + Strong data sourcing, modeling, and provisioning skills related to AML monitoring. + Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Jenkins. + Effective communication and listening skills to engage with business stakeholders.
