Job description Infosys is seeking an Azure and Databricks Data Engineer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, rmend appropriate solutions and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible to interface with key stakeholders and your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located withinmuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education Atleast 2 years of Information Technology experience Atleast 2 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of projects in Azure, Databricks, Python, PySpark, SQL. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:

Sound knowledge of software engineering design patterns and practices Strong knowledge Data structures, Data Engineering concepts, Algorithms, Collections, Multi-threading and memory management and concurrency Experience in large scale cloud data migrations using Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL. Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks Experience in Banking/Financial domain Good to have experience in Snowflake Strongmunication and Analytical skills Ability to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environmentprising of Business and Technology teams Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at aputer for extended periods of time.
