Data Engineer Nashville, TN (Onsite Thursdays) Direct Hire

Target Pay:
$115-120K plus bonus We are hiring an Data Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with a Nashville-based company. This hybrid role requires working onsite every Thursday and offers the chance to work cross-functionally on meaningful data initiatives.
Overview:
The Data Engineer will support the business by designing scalable datasets, building efficient data pipelines, and enabling actionable insights across the organization. This position combines hands-on technical work with strong collaboration and communication with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reports and dashboards Support analytics initiatives through data preparation and integration Ensure data accuracy, validation, and monitoring Assist in user training and documentation
Required Skills and Experience:
4+ years in data analytics, engineering, or software development Proficient in SQL and Snowflake
REQUIRED
Experience with data modeling and ETL development Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
