has an opening for Sr. Data Scientist in Springdale,AR. Participate in developing Data Science solutions. Identify anddevelop new tools for advanced analytics with big data while engagingwith business units. Gather, manipulate, and analyze large data setsfrom multiple sources. Initiate and drive insights into enterprise-wideanalytic initiatives. Build and deploy machine learning models usingtools in the approved Data Science and Machine Learning technology stackincluding but not limited to Google Vertex AI. Propagate the power ofpredictive analysis to business units and develop usable concepts toillustrate the improvements in decision-making from data science. Applymathematical methods in predictive analytics including regressionforecasting risk modeling methods and other advanced computationalconcepts. Leverage data visualization and analytic tools to grasp thebusiness building insights in our data for solving ad hoc businessproblems innovating on potential future solutions and working withtechnology partners to translate innovations into robust scaled analyticsolutions. Introduce novel visualization and presentation paradigms tocommunicate discoveries. Acquire and organize new data sets to mine datafor patterns that visually represent data and develop machine learningalgorithms. Transform data into impactful business insights and exposeopportunities, strategy recommendations and implementation plan toimprove key performance metrics for the business. Evaluate model output,formulate, and test hypotheses, weigh alternatives, and determineappropriate responses. Lead projects effectively in an independentmanner with minimal direct supervision.

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or arelated field, and four years of experience in data science.

Must have work experience with

• Statistical analysis techniques and constructing predictive models
• Implementing a variety of machine learning algorithms, encompassing supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and familiarity with libraries including TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or Keras
• Data wrangling and database management to extract, transform, and load data from various sources and experience with data preprocessing techniques to clean and prepare data for analysis using SQL and relational databases including MySQL, SQLite, Oracle, and Google BigQuery for data storage and retrieval
• Using version control systems including Git for code management and collaboration and software architecture principles, including microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and design patterns
• Cloud computing platforms including AWS and Google Cloud to deploy and manage cloud-based applications
• Crafting dynamic dashboards using tools including Tableau and Power BI to facilitate the clear communication of insights and discoveries; and
• Programming skills in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning applications, and using C++ for developing data-driven applications.
