Specific responsibilities include:
Support dataset generation, evaluate algorithms, optimize parameters and develop AI models in image analysis and related applications. Collaborate with internal scientists and explore applications of AI-based image analysis in different disciplines. Develop automated data analysis process. Data interpretation, manuscript preparation, publication and presentation of results. Strong programming skills in python. Expertise in development and optimization of deep learning models for image analysis is a plus. Excellent communication, documentation and interpersonal skills. M.S. or Ph.D. in physical sciences, biomedical data science or engineering degrees with expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
