As a Data Scientist at AEGFuels, you will be tasked with analyzing large amounts of rawinformation to find patterns that will help improve our company. Wewill rely on you to build data products to extract valuablebusiness insights. In this role, you should be highly analyticalwith a knack for analysis, math, and statistics. Critical thinkingand problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. Wealso want to see a passion for machine-learning and research. Yourgoal will be to help our company analyze trends to make betterdecisions. You should be proficient in managing and executingdata-related projects from conception to completion, includingexperience with integration or implementation projects involvingERP systems, and managing data within cloudinfrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Identify valuable data sources and automate collectionprocesses. Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructureddata. Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends andpatterns. Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms. Combine models through ensemble modeling. Present information using data visualization techniques. Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges. Collaborate with engineering and product developmentteams. Assist in the development and implementation of data governanceand data quality standards. Lead and manage data-related projects, ensuring they align withbusiness objectives and timelines. Participate in ERP integration and implementation projects,focusing on leveraging data insights for businessoptimization. Manage data operations within cloud infrastructureenvironments, ensuring scalability, security, andefficiency.

Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience in the data space with 3+ yearsof recent experience as a Data Scientist with a background in DataAnalysis, Engineering, or Architecture. Experience in data modeling and data mining. Experience in ETL pipeline management and development Understanding of machine-learning and operations research. Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Javaor C++ is an asset. Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau,PowerBI) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop). Proven experience with ERP integration or implementationprojects. Strong experience managing data within cloud infrastructure(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Analytical mind and business acumen. Problem-solving aptitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in ETL tools and unified platforms (Synapse,DataFactory, Glue, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.) ispreferred BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field;graduate degree in Data Science or other quantitative field ispreferred.
