What We Are Looking For :

Weare looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join ourData Insights team. The ideal candidate will be able to managemultiple responsibilities including data manipulation in SQL,developing predictive models in Python, and communicating technicalresults to nontechnical audiences. All these responsibilities areintended to drive our business forward by improving the customerexperience of our diverse product suite. This position will requirestrong technical skills, including exploratory data analysis, datavisualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. TheData Scientist will collaborate closely with cross-functionalteams, including product management, data engineering, marketing,and sales to provide insights and support to drive productinnovation and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Collect, analyze, andsynthesize insights from diverse data sources—internal andexternal—to drive strategic business decisions and improve outcomesClean, process, and transform data for various analytical andmachine-learning purposes Translate complex technical findings intoactionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, empoweringcross-functional decision-making Frame and tackle open-endedbusiness challenges using data-driven approaches, recommendingsolutions that align with business objectives Collaborate on thedevelopment and deployment of machine learning models, fromideation to production Develop, maintain, and optimize datapipelines for seamless data preparation and integration Createintuitive dashboards and dynamic reports that deliver insights tocross-functional teams Responsible for identifying and implementingrigorous data validation processes to monitor and enhance dataaccuracy and reliability Define and track metrics for new productor feature launches, ensuring clear benchmarks for successContinuously explore advancements in data science, machinelearning, and AI to bring innovative solutions to the team Createand maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes,ensuring knowledge sharing and sustainability Collaborate withteams to understand data analysis projects, purpose, focus, andobjectives

The Skills You Bring :

A passion for uncovering insightsin big data and translating them into compelling narratives thatdrive action Strong skills in Python for data manipulation andmodeling Expertise in SQL for querying, transforming, and buildingdata pipelines Experience with data visualization and dashboardtools such as Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or Tableau to deliverintuitive insights A track record of driving ambiguous tasks tocompletion, leveraging problem-solving skills and resourcefulnessExperience in building and deploying predictive models to drivebusiness insights and decision-making A solid understanding ofequities, options, and futures markets, enabling you tocontextualize analysis within financial frameworks preferredExperience handling customer data from CRM and marketing toolspreferred Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, orGoogle Cloud preferred Experience using Databricks or Snowflake toperform data queries, manipulation, and basic analysis preferred

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative fieldsuch as statistics, mathematics, computer science 1-4 years ofrelated experience in a data role

Master’sdegree preferred
