- Design and maintain interactive player development dashboards that visualize key metrics with clear, actionable takeaways for non-technical audiences
- Process and integrate data from multiple sources (Cerebro, Sportradar, NOAH) into a unified analytics platform
- Develop predictive models to forecast player development trajectories and identify high-potential recruits
- Create personalized player development plans with visual progression pathways, connecting statistical data to specific training recommendations
- Design recruiting presentations that showcase prospect fit, projected development curves, and comparative analyses
- Analyze game film alongside performance data to identify technical adjustments and decision-making patterns
