Onsite weekly requirements eachTuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. What youll do Utilizesubject matter expertise of data structures, analytics,algorithms/models, and strong computer science fundamentals to leaddata preparation, analytics, and development of deployablesolutions across multiple projects Collect, analyze and interpretlarge data assets to define and build multiple innovative solutioncomponents leveraging business and technical expertise. Lead theanalytical strategy on critical technical capabilities Contributeto evaluation of new data sources, provide recommendations on valueof data sources, and design code to improve the productivity ofEquifax, enhance and update code where needed. Perform as leadtechnical data scientist for multiple technical and businessdomains, collaborating with other teams to develop predictivemodels, risk assessments, fraud detection, recommendation engines,etc. encouraging enhanced solutions and asking questions Able toanalyze and prepare complex and new data sources and incorporatethem into analytical solutions. Package, summarize, visualize andperform storytelling on analytical findings and results formanagement and business users Communicate results to seniormanagement and external stakeholders, able to communicate thestrategic impact of the work Evaluate the technical work ofexperienced data scientists guiding them on deliverable quality andaccuracy Serve as SME consultant for COE / Business Unit / Regions,share best practices globally What experience you need Minimum BSdegree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline; Master’s Degreestrongly preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in a related role,with experience demonstrating leadership capabilities Proven trackrecord of designing and developing predictive models in real-worldapplications Experience with model performance evaluation andpredictive model optimization for accuracy and efficiency Cloudcertification strongly preferred Additional role-basedcertifications may be required depending upon region/BUrequirements What could set you apart Prior 3 years directmanagement experience.
