You’ll work with a diverse global team of Database Engineers, Scientists, Analysts and Business Stakeholders to help Pega’s evolving Data and Analytics strategies. What You’ll Do at

Pega:

Pioneer Advanced Analytics:

Architect and deploy sophisticated statistical methodologies and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms to decode complex financial datasets.

Conduct Complex Financial Analytics:

Execute sophisticated financial analyses to support high-impact projects and engineer robust predictive models that forecast critical financial trends and deliver transformative insights, supporting strategic decision-making for PEGA.

Orchestrate Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead projects involving multidisciplinary teams spanning finance, technology, compliance, and impact assessment to translate urgent business imperatives into data-driven solutions.

Design and Development :

Oversee the strategic design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-grade data pipelines that ensure uncompromised integrity and seamless flow of financial intelligence across PEGA’s operations.

Deliver Strategic Communications:

Generate compelling data narratives and sophisticated visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders, from technical specialists to executive leadership and external partners.

Support Strategic Initiative Development:

Contribute authoritative data-driven perspectives in strategic planning forums that shape organizational direction and program development.

Cultivate Analytical Excellence:

Mentor and develop junior analysts in financial data science best practices, advanced analytical techniques, and responsible AI implementation to build organizational capacity and thought leadership.

Who You Are:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot data issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and big data technologies is a plus. Certification in data science or financial analysis (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus. Strong mentorship and leadership skills.

What You’ve Accomplished:

PHD in Finance/Economics with BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar 15+ years of related experience such as Data Science, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Process Management Extensive experience working with multiple complex financial data sources, data cleansing, data aggregation, data validation, and detailed analysis. Extensive experience in the use of Big Data approaches for the creation of live business data sets, business decision making and process management Extensive experience in owning, planning and managing projects Proven experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders including technical leads, Product Owners and upper management.
