The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning development. They should have excellent programming skills and communication abilities, with a proven track record of implementing effective data models and leading cross-functional teams. The AI and Machine Learning Developer reports to the CIO and works closely with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to develop AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
: Develop and implement AI and machine learning models that align with the Firm’s business objectives. Create and maintain data processing pipelines for model training and deployment. Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform business strategies. Build natural language processing solutions to extract insights from unstructured data. Ensure ML models comply with industry-relevant regulations and standards. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems. Manage data quality and integrity throughout the machine learning development lifecycle. Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of AI initiatives. Evaluate and implement new AI technologies and tools to enhance the Firm’s capabilities. Maintain documentation of models, methodologies, and processes. Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and techniques to continuously evolve our strategies. Optimize algorithms for improved performance and scalability. Provide regular updates to the CIO on the progress and impact of AI/ML initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
: BSc/BA in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a relevant field is preferred. 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI development, or similar roles. Relevant certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI technologies. Experience in legal, healthcare or financial services is a plus. Proven experience in developing machine learning models and AI applications. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Proficiency in working with various database systems including PostgreSQL, SQLite, and MySQL. Demonstrated ability to apply statistical analysis and financial modeling techniques. Experience in natural language processing and predictive modeling. Strong data wrangling and preprocessing skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to track project metrics and performance indicators. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
