Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Development Director of Analytics. T Qualifications Leading technical and non-technical teams Data Science, Statistics, and Data Analytics skills Data Visualization and Data Analysis skills Experience in ETL processes Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R Experience with healthcare data or related industries is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field Responsibilities Understand and Create Complex DAX queries in Semantic Models Develop and implement data models using Python,SQL, and R to extract insights from complex datasets. Implement Fabric and PostGRES DBs Design and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data processing and integration. Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings and enhance data-driven strategies. Conduct statistical analyses and machine learning model training to improve predictive accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.
