Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives through advanced AI and machine learning techniques. In this pivotal role, you will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions. This position requires strong technical skills in statistical modeling and data analysis, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI-driven models and algorithms to optimize RGM strategies Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable RGM insights and opportunities Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate RGM models Clean, preprocess, and validate large datasets for analysis Communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders with clear RGM implications Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RGM solutions Stay current with industry trends in AI, machine learning, and RGM best practices

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in data science with a focus on RGM applications Strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling Advanced SQL skills for database management and querying Experience with data mining, wrangling, and preprocessing techniques Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions Strong communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences

Additional Requirements:

Must complete a technical assessment prior to interview consideration Ability to work flexible hours across EST and CST time zones Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in consumer goods, retail, or pricing analytics Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
