Senior Data Scientist Position Available In New York, New York

Take ownership of data science projects with unclear paths, delivering clear solutions on tight timelines. Collaborate across teams to align on data science practices and ensure project success. Share results and tools with other teams to improve data-driven decision-making. Automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and create scalable documentation for the team. Analyze experiments to measure the impact of marketing efforts. Build and refine machine learning models to solve complex business problems and optimize marketing investments. Apply advanced statistical methods on complex business problems to guide decision-making. Lead the marketing experiment project planning to support marketing channels and optimize marketing investment strategies. Drive best practices of code development to enhance the quality, scalability, and reliability of models. Present and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders in simple, actionable terms. Mentor junior data scientists on best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Applied Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the position offered or in a related role•All of the required experience must have included experience with: Python; SQL; Databricks; Github; inferential statistics (A/B tests); causal inference; regression models (OLS, logistics); marketing mix models (Media Mix Model); spreadsheet (Google Sheet); Geo lift study; and machine learning (Random forest, XGBoost).•This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.
