Job Description:

We are seeking a skilledMachine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team within the AIInnovations Institute. This role focuses on the development,deployment, and maintenance of AI agents that leverage LLMs tosupport various functions across Incyte. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in machine learning, experience withcloud-based infrastructures, and a passion for applying AI toreal-world challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. KeyResponsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents utilizingLLMs to support diverse functions such as research, clinicaloperations, and commercial activities.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integrationand to tailor solutions to specific departmental needs.
• Implementscalable machine learning models and ensure their integration withexisting systems and workflows.
• Utilize AWS services to build andmaintain robust, secure, and efficient AI infrastructures.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI agents, makingiterative improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stayabreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning tocontinuously enhance the institutes capabilities. RequiredQualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experiencein developing and deploying machine learning models, particularlythose involving LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python andfamiliarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow orPyTorch.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including but notlimited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Understanding of AIagent architectures and their applications in automating complextasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to workcollaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. PreferredQualifications
• AWS certifications such as Solutions ArchitectAssociate or Professional.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical orhealthcare industry, with an understanding of the unique challengesand opportunities in these fields.
• Familiarity with MLOpspractices and tools for continuous integration and deployment ofmachine learning models.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulationsand best practices for handling sensitive information.
