Senior Data Scientist – Remote Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of AI solutions that simplifyhealthcare navigation. Influence cross-functional teams androadmaps through technical expertise and value assessment. EnsureAI products, including LLM-based agents, are accurate, scalable,and impactful in real-world applications. Apply strong productthinking to align AI solutions with user needs, business goals, andthe overall vision. Mentor team members to maximize their impact.

Champion best practices in data science and drive the adoption ofemerging architectures.

Qualifications:

Proven experiencedelivering impactful AI products, particularly in LLM-drivenapplications. Solid background in machine learning principles,including evaluation best practices. Proficient in Python, withexperience writing production-level code that integrates withbackend services (e.g., APIs, microservices). Familiarity withemerging LLM architectures and technologies, and the ability toalign them with product goals. Comfortable with deploying,maintaining, and monitoring machine learning models in productionenvironments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communicator with experience working in cross-functionalteams.

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

Prompt and regularattendance at assigned work location. Ability to work shifts of atleast 8 hours, 5 days per week. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-intensity work environment. Ability to remain seated in astationary position for prolonged periods. Requires eye-handcoordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard,computer and other office-related equipment. No heavy lifting isexpected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force(e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required. Ability tointeract with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriatemanner.

Pay:

The United States new hire base salary target rangesfor this full-time position are:

Zone A:

$161,410•$228,000 equitybenefits

Zone B:

$177,551•$250,800 equity benefits

Zone C:

$193,692•$273,600 equity benefits

Zone D:

$209,833•$296,400equity benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum targetfor new hire salaries for candidates based on their respectiveZone.
