Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm Position Summary The Data Warehouse Developer II is responsible for working with Data Warehouse and Information Intelligence team building a holistic, technology-agnostic view of the organization’s business processes and information assets; linking the business mission, strategy and processes of the organization to its Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) strategy. This position engages in implementing EDW solutions by developing ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) in sustainable and agile manner; develops data models that support business objectives. This person works closely with the Data Warehouse Manager and other Data Architects to ensure consistency and scalability in developed solutions. The position supports information delivery solution requiring knowledge of data models and data sources. Provides support in all areas of technical requirement for BI solutions, including design, development and configuration of the basic data model and ETL. Works closely with business, and Information Intelligence associates to support the best-practices for data integration, security, performance and sustainability. Participate and support project or program efforts working with team members and customers in highly collaborative environment. Off-hours and weekends may be required to resolve emergency issues, during implementation and maintenance activities, and during 24×7 on-call rotations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science, and Business or Information Technology required Equivalent technical training/certification and additional work experience that demonstrates technical competency may be considered Minimum three (3) years experience in data architecture, data warehousing, logical and physical data modeling, ETL, business information system architectures, system engineering, project management, and information application design and development Experience with healthcare systems, databases, and interfaces in hospitals and clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred Experience in project management techniques that implement and support technology, applications, programs and services Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we’ll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
