Corporate Safety Job Summary:

We are seeking a HESS Data Specialist to support a dynamic compliance department by managing and analyzing data related to Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESS). The ideal candidate will utilize data analytics to ensure regulatory compliance, support operational decision-making, and drive performance improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and interpret data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance with HESS regulations. Develop and maintain data systems and databases while ensuring data integrity and security. Analyze, validate, and map data to generate actionable reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Monitor and assess HESS performance trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Offer general operational support across the Maritime Compliance Department as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required (Data Science or a related field preferred)

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in data analytics or data management Experience in a compliance, maritime, or safety-related field is a plus

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Power BI , and Tableau Strong data validation, mapping, and visualization skills Familiarity with HESS regulations and procedures is preferred
