Overview of the position The Senior Operations Trainer is fully accountable for coordinating and training full-time and temporary employees. The primary responsibility is ensuring employees are trained in M-3 and Payovi, using the RF Scanner efficiently. Additionally, the Senior Operations Trainer is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures within the Operations team while meeting all designated KPIs for the Operations department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Work Instructions within the QMS database Ensure Wencor 101 is completed each month Coordinates bi-annual Hazardous Material Training Ensures sub-lot inventories are completed daily Fills in wherever is needed Assist in implement training programs Set up New Hires with system access prior to their start date Writes Work Instruction for any new process that needs implemented Revises QMS and OJT Work Instructions Ensures all associates are trained to a standard work process in each department Maintains a vast knowledge of processes in all departments
Providing Refresher Courses :
Offering ongoing training to existing employees to reinforce best practices and adapt to new technology or systems.
Performance Evaluation :
Assessing employee skills and knowledge to identify areas where additional training might be needed. Compliance with
Regulations :
Ensuring all employees are aware of and follow OSHA and other regulatory requirements in the workplace. Work with Sr. Director of Operations on implementing new processes. Ensure all Training Docs are completed in a timely manner and reported to the Training Director Maintain NEW hire packets Engage New hires in the training process Address concerns regarding process failures Communicates daily with Supervisors regarding associates that need retraining due to errors Presents a positive attitude while performing duties Works to build motivation within the team Exhibit great people skills Other duties as assigned

Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to prioritize in a highly fast-paced environment Ability to lead ERP implementations and continuous improvement projects Demonstrated project management, facilitation and influencing skills Solid understanding of Lean practices Has computer literacy and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Lotus Notes, Visio; and other software as applicable Knowledge of Infor M3 ERP system Warehouse leadership experience a plus
Education/Experience Requirements:
