Job Description Summary:
This position reports to the Portfolio Performance Manager, who is responsible for the data validation, analytical forecasting, and client production reporting for our law firm. Job Description A successful candidate will be able to execute the following job duties:
Oversee Inventory Flow:
Oversee the movement of client inventory to ensure timely processing, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards
Monitor and Report Inventory Status:
Track inventory progress and provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
Maintain Client Data Integrity:
Ensure client data is accurate and current within the collection system; support in data reporting and assist in meeting client-specific performance goals
Enhance Client Workflow:
Identify and implement process improvements to support a responsive, efficient collection and litigation workflow A successful candidate will possess the following skillset: Detail oriented with a passion for accuracy Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Provide analytical and strategic support for the development of the firm Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of data entry support experience Proficient in
