Job Summary As the Pub Link Specialist, you will be focused on the accurate and on-time production of Yearbook Publication Links delivered to our schools. This position will work a lot with sensitive client info and the images our photographer’s captured. We are looking for someone who notices small details, enjoys working individually and in a team environment, and takes the initiative to find resolutions for client problems. Top 5 Responsibilities Execute the successful creation and delivery of underclass and senior yearbook publication links to meet school deliverable timelines Perform quality control of student and faculty data on pub links Identify and address human and technical errors throughout the pub link production process Compare data sets to determine any discrepancies Meet internal timelines for task completion Communicate with vendors effectively and efficiently Maintain open and accurate communication through multiple software applications Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate and format excel data. Extremely detail oriented. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once. Flexibility with a varying work schedule based on work volume. Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors Extended periods of viewing computer screens Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic) Able to prioritize information/tasks Able to move up to 20 lbs
