Support Engineering Data Specialist II

Location:

Warner Robins, GA Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, analysis, collection, and storage of various technical data elements and specifications for system support.
Provide recommendations on product supportability and help establish operational maintenance tasks, resources, and support systems.
Identify and analyze logistics support candidates from product definition and develop logistics support analysis records and reports.
Determine spares provisioning requirements for spare and replacement parts, levels, and stocking.
Participate in preparing technical documentation for operating, testing, and maintaining aircraft systems/components.
Review aircraft and/or fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
Familiarity with Contenta is preferred.
Ability to use MS Office products.
Experience in resolving source data gaps and inconsistencies.
Ability to conduct peer reviews of completed publication elements for overall technical accuracy and customer format standards/specifications.
Experience in supporting customer verification reviews and taking corrective action based on outcomes. Education /

Experience:

Advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master’s degree +1 year’s related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
