Application Technology SpecialistTNPRC Facilities Maintenance Location:
Covington, LA Summary The Application Technology Specialist will focus on management of the TMA system including data management and reporting. They will collaborate closely with all Facilities’ departments to ensure compliance with TMA procedures and entries and verify accurate data within the system. This position oversees the Administrative Assistant and covers these duties in their absence. This position is responsible for timekeeping and timesheet audits, expense reporting, and other higher level administrative tasks that may require discretion with respect to matters of significance. The Application Technology Specialist will collaborate closely with the Senior Buyer/ Logistics Supervisor to maintain an accurate inventory in TMA and perform inventory audits. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 years of related experience OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in database management or related field
- 1 year of directly related experience Preferred Qualifications
- Full knowledge of TMA system including all applicable modules.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of database and file management, and reporting.
