Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and resourceful Data Miner to support our Sales Team by researching and compiling accurate, up-to-date information on Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Boards , and their key contacts. This individual will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by identifying target communities, uncovering decision-makers (Board members), and sourcing their contact information for outreach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify HOA and condo communities within designated geographic areas. Locate names and roles of current Board members (e.g., President, Treasurer, Secretary). Gather contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and websites. Maintain and update a structured database or CRM with verified, accurate data. Work closely with the Sales Team to prioritize target lists based on market strategy. Validate and cross-check data sources to ensure accuracy and reduce bounce rates. Monitor public records, directories, management company websites, and other online platforms. Track data mining progress and provide weekly reports on volume and quality of leads sourced.

Qualifications:
Familiarity with public records, property databases, and HOA/Condo directories. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Excellent internet research skills and ability to think creatively to find information. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience using tools like Social Media, Websites, Person Finder, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, or similar data enrichment platforms. Knowledge of the HOA and property management industry. Understanding of sales funnels and how prospect data drives outreach.
Performance Metrics:
Number of qualified HOA/condo communities identified per week/month. Accuracy and completeness of contact data collected. Percentage of data usable by Sales team (e.g., low bounce rate, correct decision-makers). Timeliness of data updates and responsiveness to team needs. #LI-AC1
