Data Warehouse BSA Position Available In Montgomery, Pennsylvania

Job Summary Our client in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Data Warehouse BSA for a contract to hire. This role will require 2-3 days a week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements for reporting and analytics.
Develop and maintain target mapping documents to define source-to-target data transformations.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for ETL and data warehouse development.
Support ETL development teams by providing clear mapping rules, validation scenarios, and edge case handling.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across data sources and the warehouse.
Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and validate ETL results.
Assist in the design of logical and physical data models for the data warehouse.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in data warehouse or BI projects.
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
Proficient in SQL for querying, profiling, and validating data.
Experience in creating source-to-target mapping (STM) or mapping specifications.
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse concepts (e.g., facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schema).
