Position Summary The Fulfillment Support Specialist is an organized, detail-oriented problem solver. The person in this role supports accurate receipt, shipping, putaway, and reporting of inventory within the Fulfillment Center. Primary duties include preparing and closing order picking waves, resolving pick and putaway problems, data, reporting, collaborating with Guest Services to resolve issues, and processing returned and damaged products. Work Schedule The Fulfillment Support Specialist supports one of two daytime shifts. Shifts operate from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sunday through Wednesday and Wednesday through Saturday. Exact shift times may vary slightly based on business need and seasonal demand. Minimal overtime will be required at the end of each shift to finalize reporting, more significant overtime will likely be required during our peak season; mid-November through mid-December. Support associates by resolving inventory, order, and putaway processing issues. Process returns product including the data entry, physical disposition, and required communication. Support reporting within the Fulfillment center with data entry related to daily operations. Resolve quality issues related to capacity and inventory management. Perform troubleshooting and research as needed to support inquiries from internal partners. Perform other duties as required to support operations. Qualifications & Experience 1+ year of administrative, clerical or scheduling experience preferred. Basic computer skills and strong MS Excel skills required. High School Diploma required. Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor communication to match the audience. Excellent customer service skills. Able to resolve partner concerns professionally. Comfort working with ambiguity, taking initiative, and making decisions that find the best balance amongst competing priorities. Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk for up to 12 hours. Able to push, pull, grasp, bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
