What you will do Provides reports, clinical data, and analysis from analytic tools for identifying and communicating clinical performance metrics. Creates analytic tools for identifying and communicating performance from internal and external data sources including assigned registries. Manages, modifies and maintains assigned clinical database. Serves as primary liaison with third-party vendors, database end users, and clinical decision support department. Provides clinical oversight and analytical support for identifying best practices and supporting collaborative results. Designs and implements new clinical reporting systems for internal and external benchmarking and responsible for existing report oversight and distribution. Collects clinical data for inclusion within a specific clinical database in support of organizational quality and safety initiatives. Responsible for abstraction and clinical oversight to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data sets provided by Decision Support to pediatric collaboratives and databases/registries. Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.
