Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating changes to computer databases, testand implement the database applying knowledge of databasemanagement systems. Responsible for planning, coordinating andimplementing security measures to safeguard the computerdatabase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct programmers and analysts to make changes to existingdatabases and database management systems.
• Direct others in coding logical and physical databasedescriptions.
• Review project requests describing database user needs toestimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
• Review and approve database development and determine projectscope and limitations.
• Approve, schedule, plan and supervise the installation andtesting of new products and improvements to computer systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguardinformation in computer files against accidental or unauthorizeddamage, modification or disclosure.
• Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use andacquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as SQL, VisualBasic, Oracle, etc.

Education/Experience:

• High School Degree and 2 year technical degree in computerprogramming or equivalent training/work experience required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

• database support of new projectplatforms / Database support for Neo4J Platform Industry background: Database Background required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Significant Experience with Neo4j and Cypher query language.
• 5-7+ years experience in design and implementation of complexdistributed systems architectures
• Expertise in graph driven data science applications, such asgraph based feature engineering, graph embedding, or graph neuralnetworks
• Experience building Enterprise Level Standards and Gold Imagesfor provisioning
• Experience with Encryption Solutions for Neo4J
• Experience with Backup & Recovery Methodologies used forNeo4J
• Experience with Neo4J HA Architecture for Critical Applications(Clustering, Multiple Data Centers, etc.)
• Experience with LDAP Based Authentication & Authorization forNeo4J
• Experience in high availability and disaster recoverysolutions
• Current hands-on experience with at least two coding andscripting languages e.g. Python, Java, Scala, Shell Scripting
• Analytical skills necessary to perform troubleshooting oferrors and performance issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented and able to work across the organization as anindividual contributor
• Ability to work in a rapidly transforming organization
• Excellent customer service skills
• Technically proficient in assigned IT discipline(s)
• Experience with Non-Relational technologies such as MongoDB,Redis is a Plus.
