Full-time | Long-term project United Trades of America is actively seeking a skilled QA/QC Technician to join a major data center construction project in Montgomery, AL. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring that all work meets quality, code, and client standards. We’re looking for a detail-driven professional with strong documentation skills and field experience on complex commercial or industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections of electrical, mechanical, or structural systems in accordance with project requirements Maintain and manage detailed QA/QC documentation and reports Monitor construction activities for compliance with drawings, specs, and industry standards Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve deficiencies Track and report non-conformances and verify corrective actions are completed Ensure all work aligns with safety protocols and quality control plans
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in commercial or industrial construction Data center or mission-critical project experience is strongly preferred Proficient in reading and interpreting ITPs, RFIs, submittals, and construction drawings Solid understanding of building codes, specs, and safety compliance Competent with Microsoft Office and QA/QC software systems Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Ready to Apply?
