Description
NEFCO is seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to serve in a hybrid role focused on both platform administration and end-user enablement. As our Salesforce Administrator & Training Specialist, you’ll take ownership of Salesforce system configuration while also leading hands-on training and support for our customer-facing teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical side of Salesforce and knows how to train and support sales reps in using it effectively. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, building scalable workflows, and ensuring our teams are equipped to succeed within the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Enablement
Deliver live and virtual Salesforce training sessions for sales, service, and support teams
Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation: onboarding guides, job aids, and videos
Provide one-on-one coaching, follow-up training, and frontline system support
Partner with leadership to tailor training content to team-specific workflows
Monitor adoption and usage to identify knowledge gaps and refine enablement strategies
Salesforce Administration
Serve as the primary admin for Salesforce—manage user access, roles, profiles, and permissions
Maintain data integrity and support regular data cleanup efforts
Build and manage reports, dashboards, page layouts, and basic automation
Translate business needs into scalable solutions using native Salesforce features
Collaborate with the RevOps team on process improvements and CRM optimization

Requirements
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM training specialist
Proven experience training and supporting sales teams on Salesforce or similar CRMs
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and best practices
Comfortable with user management, security settings, layouts, reports, and basic automation
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident leading training sessions
Ability to balance technical responsibilities with people-focused enablement work
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification (or in-progress)
Experience with system rollouts, user onboarding, and change management
Familiarity with data analysis and Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or customer success
