Database Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Database Developer in Jacksonville, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Developer will develop and optimize complex SQL queries
• Work with SSIS for data processing beyond standard ETL use cases
• Build and maintain reports using SSRS
• As a Database Developer, you will perform data modeling to support scalable application architecture
• Collaborate with a small, focused team of backend engineers and technical leadership
• Operate independently with strong attention to detail and minimal administrative overhead

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of hands-on SQL development experience
• Experience with data modeling and backend architecture
• Experience in a fast-paced, production environment with minimal QA oversight
• Strong knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, and query optimization
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team
• Background in financial services or fintech preferred (healthcare is a secondary preference)
  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
