Job Description

Data Administrator Beedash.com Bonita Springs, FL 34134 • Hybrid work Overview You’ll be our data gatekeeper—responsible for the end-to-end quality and integrity of every product record that powers our customers’ sites and internal systems. As a Catalog Data Entry & Administrator on our Catalog team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every product we publish—on both customer-facing websites and internal systems—is accurate, consistent, and easy to find. You’ll work with our PIM (Product Information Management) system, bulk spreadsheets, and AI-enhanced tools to clean, validate, and standardize vendor data. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Proofreading Accurately enter and update product records in our PIM system Proofread descriptions, specs, and technical details to catch typos and inconsistencies Standardization & Classification Create and enforce consistent naming conventions, attributes, and category hierarchies Audit existing data to flag gaps or overlaps in categorization Bulk Data Management Work in large spreadsheets for mass updates Help build and discover relationships between data in the PIM Leverage AI-powered tools to identify and correct data anomalies Customer-Support Liaison Field and troubleshoot PIM-related support requests from internal users and external partners Identify recurring issues and feed back suggestions for process or tool improvements File & Folder Organization Maintain clean folder structures, naming conventions, and version control for all PIM exports/imports Ensure easy access and auditability of all data files Basic Data Analysis & Reporting Pull and analyze data extracts to track data-cleaning progress and surface common error trends Generate simple reports on key metrics (e.g. error rates, throughput, data coverage) Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with developers and QA to report data errors and suggest automation & workflow improvements Work closely with vendor coordinators to clarify missing or conflicting information What We Value Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for proofreading Comfort working across multiple platforms and handling large datasets Fundamental knowledge of product attributes—experience with foodservice equipment or consumer goods is a plus Familiarity with cloud-based project or ticketing tools (e.g. Slack, Jira)

Qualifications Required:

1-2 years of data entry or catalog administration experience High proficiency using Microsoft Excel Basic understanding of relational databases (tables, keys, simple queries) Clear, concise communication skills—both written and verbal

Preferred:

Background in purchasing, ERP/PIM system conversions, or e-commerce support Exposure to AI-driven data-cleaning platforms or scripts Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple spreadsheets, projects, and requests Prior experience working in a hybrid or fully onsite environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$21.28 – $23.60 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
